If you really want an item on our site in a size or color that we don't show you should ask us about it anyway. We carry more items than we are able to show our website.  Also, when our quantities get low items may drop off the site even though we still may have one or two in stock. So, it's always worth your time to ask.

 PAYMENT PROCESSING

 
 How do I know if my order has been approved?
 Once you place your order and your credit card is authorized, you will receive an email with your order
 confirmation. If you do not receive this email and are unsure about whether your order went through,
 please contact us at wecare@sport-seasons.com.
 
 A temporary hold for each credit card authorization attempt may be placed on your credit card if:
 
 •  Your billing information does not match what you have on file at your financial institution.
 
 •  Your order is not approved by our credit processor.
 
 Attempted authorizations usually fall off your account within 3 – 7 days. Contact your financial institution for
 their guidelines on releasing the hold.

 

 ADVANCES AND PREORDERS

 When placing an advanced order (Pre-Order) for an item, your card will be authorized to ensure the funds are
 available, but you will not be charged until your order ships.
 
 
 SHIPPING GUIDELINES  
 
 
 SHIPPING RATES
 
 We will ship any size order within the United States using UPS Ground for only $7.
 If your order totals more than $75 (before taxes and shipping charges) your order ships FREE! Applies to US shipments only,
 excluding HI and AK. Standard shipping rates will apply to HI and AK shipping addresses.
 Additional charges apply for expedited shipping.
 
 
 SHIPPING TIME
 
 Orders ship Monday through Friday. Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Orders
 containing Special Event or Pre-Order merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping. If your
 order is being shipped via UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.  
 
 We will make every effort to process Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air orders as quickly as possible. Keep in mind
 UPS’s delivery schedule, the time and date your order is placed, and our 24-48 hour processing time when selecting
 your shipping method. 
 
 If you need your order by a specific date, please call us at 615-778-9506 x 1 and we’ll be
 happy to help you determine the best shipping option.  
 Currently we only ship to the US and Canada.
 
 
 P.O. BOX SHIPPING
 
 UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. These orders will be automatically defaulted to USPS Shipping.
 Additional charges will apply.
 
 
 APO/FPO SHIPPING
 
 We use the US Postal Service to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is not available for these addresses
 due to National Security regulations. Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for some of these shipments to arrive.
 
 
 IN-STORE PICK-UP FOR ORDERS 
 Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be ready for In-store Pick-up. We’ll call you when your order has arrived at your
 selected location. You’ll need to bring a copy of your receipt along with personal identification to pick up your order.
 
 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  
 
 
 ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
 
 Please fill out the return form included with your shipment and return your order to:

 •  Item must be unused, in original condition with original tags attached.
 
 •  Be sure to wrap the package securely in a box. Lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. For
 your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and request a tracking number.
 
 •  Please return the merchandise with a copy of the receipt and a note explaining what you would like for us to do
 (i.e. exchange for different size, credit account, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping charges to Sport Seasons.
 
 On exchanges, we will pay the ground shipping charges to get the item back to you. If you need it faster, there will 
 be a shipping upcharge. Once we receive a return, it usually takes us 2-3 days to process your order and either credit
 your account or ship your exchange.  
 
 Items purchased online may be returned at any Sport Seasons location. Please bring the receipt included with
 your order, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase. Please be aware refunds must be made to the
 same credit card used to make the original purchase. In the absence of the original credit card, a gift card for use
 in our store locations will be issued. Original shipping costs are not available for a refund.  
 

 STORE RETURNS 
 
 Returns and exchanges may be made at any one of our Sport Seasons store locations up to 30 days from the date
 of purchase, with the original receipt. Purchases made during November and December may be returned through
 January 31st.
 
 Items must be unused with original tags and packaging. Shoes that show any sign of wear are not returnable.
 Shoe fit is ultimately determined by the customer; please make sure your shoes fit well before wearing.
 
 

 RETURNS WITHOUT A RECEIPT
 
 Returns without a receipt are accepted only if the product is:
 
 1. Verifiably purchased from Sport Seasons.
 
 2. Items are unused, with original tags and packaging.
 
 3. Is accompanied by a valid government-issued photo ID. 
  
 Returns without a receipt will be processed only in the form of a gift card.  Items will be credited at the lowest sale
 price within the last 60 days.
 
 We’ll replace products with defects in quality and workmanship. Sport Seasons is unable to accept responsibility
 for items that have suffered from excessive wear and tear or were not verifiably purchased at Sport Seasons.
