The Nike Free Run+ 3 Men's Running Shoe offers a barefoot-like ride with the cushioning, traction and underfoot protection of a traditional shoe. Its low-profile midsole doubles as an outsole, dramatically reducing overall weight. After learning that Stanford athletes had been training barefoot on the university's golf course, three of Nike's most innovative and creative employees set out to develop a shoe that felt natural and weightless, just like bare feet.
In 2002, they examined a group of men and women with pressure-measuring insoles taped to their feet, using high-speed cameras to capture images of each foot in motion. The team spent eight years studying the biomechanics of shoeless running. The results yielded a profound understanding of the foot's natural landing angle, pressure and toe position, allowing Nike designers to build an unconventional and flexible running shoe from the inside out. Shipping Time
Orders ship Monday through Friday. Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Orders containing Special Event or Pre-Order merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping. If your order is being shipped via UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.
In-store Pick-up for orders
Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be ready for In-store Pick-up. We will call you when your order has arrived at your selected location. You will need to bring a copy of your receipt along with personal identification to pick up your order.
Expedited Shipping
We will make every effort to process Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air orders as quickly as possible. Keep in mind UPS’s delivery schedule, the time and date your order is placed, and our 1-3 day processing time when selecting your shipping method.

P.O. Box Shipping
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. These orders will be automatically defaulted to USPS Shipping. Additional charges will apply.
APO/FPO Shipping
We use the US Postal Service to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is not available for these addresses due to National Security regulations. Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for some of these shipments to arrive.
