How can I return merchandise to Sport Seasons? Because we want to make sure that you are satisfied with everything you purchase from Sport Seasons, you can return or exchange anything you purchase within 60 days. To return something to Sport Seasons, you can bring it by our retail store or mail it to:

-Item must show no signs of wear or use.

-Be sure to wrap the package securely in a box. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.

-Please return the merchandise with a copy of the receipt and a note explaining what you would like for us to do (i.e. exchange for different size, credit account, ect). You are responsible for return shipping charges to Sport Seasons. On exchanges, we will pay the ground shipping charges to get the item back to you. If you need it faster, there will be a shipping upcharge. If we ever make a mistake in your order, we will refund any costs you may incur in returning the merchandise to Sport Seasons. Once we receive a return, it usually takes us 2-3 days to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange.

Recycling

As many of you are, Sport Seasons is also trying to do our part by recycling cardboard shipping boxes. When you receive your order from us, you may notice this sticker on the box. A reused box gets the job done and helps save our resources.
