Payment Processing

** Your billing information must match the information on file at your financial institution **

A temporary hold for each attempt may be placed on your credit card if:

   -You enter incorrect billing information
   -Your order is not approved by our credit processor

Contact your financial institution for their guidelines on releasing the hold.

When placing an advanced order (Pre-Order) for an item, your card will be authorized to ensure the funds are available, but you will not be charged until your order ships.


How do I know if my order has been approved? Once you place your order and it has been authorized by your bank and approved by our credit processor, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. *If you do not receive this email and are unsure about whether your order went through, please contact us at info@sport-seasons.com

 

Shipping Guidelines

When will my order ship?
Orders will ship on business days only. Business days include Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Most approved orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. Orders containing Special Event or Pre-Order merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping. If your order is being shipped via UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

I selected to have my order shipped to a store. When can I pick it up?
Please allow 3-4 days for your order to be ready for In-Store Pick-Up. A store employee will call you when your order has arrived at your selected location - so be careful to enter your phone number correctly! You will need to show a copy of your receipt along with positive identification to pick up your order.

How quickly will I receive an order using Expedited Shipping?
We will make every effort to process Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air orders as quickly as possible. Keep in mind the business days that UPS will deliver when selecting your shipping method. EX: If you place an order on Thursday before 12:00 noon and select Next Day Air shipping, your order will probably ship on Friday and you will receive it on Monday. UPS will not deliver these orders on Saturday or Sunday. If you place your order after 12:00 noon on Thursday, your order may not leave our warehouse until Monday.

Can you ship an order to my PO Box?
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. These orders will be automatically defaulted to USPS Shipping. Additional charges may apply.

Can you ship to an APO/FPO?
The US Postal Service will be used to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is not available for these addresses due to National Security regulations. Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for some of these shipments to arrive.

 

Returns/Exchanges

How can I return merchandise to Sport Seasons? Because we want to make sure that you are satisfied with everything you purchase from Sport Seasons, you can return or exchange your purchase within 30 days.
To return something to Sport Seasons, you can bring it by our retail store or mail it to:

-Item must be unused, in original condition with original tags attached.
-All Underwear sales are Final. We do not offer exchanges or accept returns on this product, under any circumstances.

-Be sure to wrap the package securely in a box. Lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and request a tracking number.

-Please return the merchandise with a copy of the receipt and a note explaining what you would like for us to do (i.e. exchange for different size, credit account, ect). You are responsible for return shipping charges to Sport Seasons. On exchanges, we will pay the ground shipping charges to get the item back to you. If you need it faster, there will be a shipping upcharge. If we ever make a mistake in your order, we will refund any costs you may incur in returning the merchandise to Sport Seasons. Once we receive a return, it usually takes us 2-3 days to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange.
