RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
This is both our favorite and least favorite section. We hate knowing you were dissatisfied with a product in some way, but we get it. Things happen, minds change, the world stops turning, and all of time collapses. Maybe an exaggeration, but we get it. We like this section because its purpose is to make your life easier and keep the world turning if those situations are to arise.
Online Returns and Exchanges
Need to return an online order? Start here - RETURNS. Just enter your order details, print a USPS return label, and take a trip to the nearest post office. Easy peasy. $7.95 will be deducted from your return for the shipping label. We know some larger companies offer free return shipping. We hope to one day be large enough to do that too! If your packages is less than a pound, you may be able to choose your own carrier and spend a little less on return shipping. Anything over a pound, your best bet is to use the label we offer.

If you choose to use your own shipping provider, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and request a tracking number. Be sure to wrap the package securely in a box. Lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
- Return within 30 days of shipment.
- Item must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Product packaging should not be damaged in any way. Online orders returned in unsellable condition (dirty, stained, strong odors of smoke, etc) will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%.
- Please do not return shoes by using the shoe box as your shipping box. You may be subject to a 25% restocking fee for damaged packaging, and we really don’t want to have to do that to you.
- Shoes that show any sign of wear are not returnable.
- Please return the merchandise with a copy of the receipt and a note explaining what you would like for us to do (i.e. exchange for different size, credit account, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping charges to Sport Seasons.
- Custom order returns, including House Divided, will only be accepted if we or our vendor are at fault for any issue with your order.
- Opened puzzles are not eligible for return.
On exchanges, we will pay the ground shipping charges to get the item back to you. If you need it faster, there will be a shipping upcharge. Once we receive a return, it usually takes us 2-3 days to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange.
Items purchased online may be returned at any Sport Seasons location. Please bring the receipt included with your order, as well as the credit card used to make the purchase. Please be aware refunds must be made to the same credit card used to make the original purchase. In the absence of the original credit card, a gift card will be issued.
Original shipping costs are not available for a refund.
Orders placed using PayPal are not refundable at our store locations. For a refund, these orders must be returned through our web department. In store options include receiving a store credit on a Sport Seasons gift card, or exchanging for items of equal value, less shipping fees.

Returns and exchanges may be made at any one of our Sport Seasons store locations up to 30 days from the date of purchase, with the original receipt. Purchases made during November and December may be returned through January 15th. (or within 30 days of purchase, whichever is longer)
Refunds will be made by the same method as the original payment. Sorry, we cannot give you cash back on your debit purchase.

Shoes must be returned in the original, undamaged shoe box with tags attached. Shoe fit is ultimately determined by the customer and is not a defect; please make sure your shoes fit well before wearing.
Returns Without a Receipt
Returns without a receipt are accepted only if the product is:
- Verifiably purchased from Sport Seasons.
- Items are unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Is accompanied by a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Returns without a receipt will be processed only in the form of a gift card. Items will be credited at the lowest sale price within the last 30 days.
We’ll replace products with defects in quality and workmanship. Sport Seasons is unable to accept responsibility for items that have suffered from excessive wear and tear or were not verifiably purchased at Sport Seasons.
