Orders over $75 receive Free Standard Shipping!

Standard Shipping (7-10 Business Days) - $4.99
Ground Shipping (3-5 Business Days) - $9.99

2nd Day Shipping - $19.99 Please note - we have temporarily removed 2nd Day as an option, due to processing and shipping delays during the pandemic.

Orders ship out Monday-Friday, so if you’ve put off getting that birthday present for that one guy, be sure to double check what day you’re placing your order. We’d hate for there to be miscommunication and that one guy be present-less.

All orders have a 24-48 hour processing period preceding shipment.

All House Divided Custom Plates and Frames take 10-14 days to ship regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout since it is a custom item.

Currently, we only ship to the U.S.

Some oversized items will have an additional shipping charge, which will be noted in the product description.

We do not ship to any forwarding address or export address that will ship packages on your behalf.

If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address or unable to forward issue, it will be treated as a return. $7.95 will be deducted from your refund for the shipping fee. Double check those numbers and watch out for autocorrect, it'll get you every time.

Pre-Order Shenanigans

Every once in a while, we’ll be scheduled to receive a really exciting product and we’ll open it up for pre-order. You’re excited, we’re excited and we don’t want to ruin the excitement with unclear or misleading information, so here you go: Once you place a pre-order, your card will be charged at the time you place the order. If you order another item that is in stock with the pre-ordered item, all items will be held until we can ship it out with the exciting pre-order. Once the order is shipped, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number. That’s it! Now we can all be excited again.

What happens when your USPS Tracking says that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it?

If we could hold hands with the post office people and skip the package over to your door, we would. Unfortunately the budget and potential for restraining orders prevents this. It doesn’t happen often, but sometimes packages get lost or tracking numbers get a little ahead of themselves. If you find yourself with a delivery confirmation and no package, it could mean a number of things. First, you should verify the shipping address you provided when the order was placed. Next, you should check with your neighbors/receptionist/front desk/leasing office. If your package is still not found, please wait a few days. Sometimes unexpected delays occur, or your postman or postwoman was not comfortable leaving your package for one reason or another.

You will need to have your USPS tracking number ready. Please note that your Sport Seasons order number is not the same as your USPS tracking number. If you don't have access to your tracking information, contact us at wecare@sport-seasons.com or 855-354-3863 x1. We will do our best to provide all relevant information to aid in the process of finding your package.

What happens if none of this works and you still don't have your package? Unfortunately, it is out of our hands. Once a package is processed and/or marked delivered it is considered delivered and no longer traceable by the Post Office. In this extremely rare circumstance, there is nothing else we can actively do to recover your package and cannot be held liable for the loss. Sorry to be so mean about it, we just wanted to skip it over to you but legal advisors said no. In Store Pickup

Making your life simpler is our #1 concern! If you live close to one of our Sport Seasons locations, you're in luck! You can now see where a product is available on the product page. Simply click "Choose Store" and watch the magic happen. Now, you can go into the store knowing exactly what to ask for! You can also purchase the product you like online and select free Pick Up In Store. You'll receive a call once your order is ready for pick up. While we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible, we don't 100% guarantee same day pick up. Sometimes things grow legs and walk out without telling us, or we have to transfer your product from another store (we're still working on our teleporation devices). But, we make sure to go above and beyond so everything you've purchased or are searching for makes it where you need it.

APO/FPO SHIPPING

We use the US Postal Service to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Tracking is not available for these addresses due to National Security regulations. Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for some of these shipments to arrive.
